•Upaya mendorong komunikasi bipartit yang efektif antar unsur pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha di perusahaan.
•Upaya meningkatkan efektivitas mediasi penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial secara cepat dan berkeadilan serta pencegahan terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja.

b. Menteri Dalam Negeri melakukan:
•Upaya agar gubernur dan bupati/walikota dalam menetapkan segala kebijakan ketenagakerjaan di wilayahnya mendukung kelangsungan berusaha dan ketenangan bekerja, termasuk meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif dalam lembaga kerjasama tripartit daerah, dan dewan pengupahan daerah.
•Upaya agar gubernur dalam menetapkan upah minimum da segala kebijakan ketenagakerjaan di wilayahnya mendukung kelangsungan berusaha dan ketengakerjaan dengan senantiasa memperhatikan kemampuan dunia usaha khususnya usaha padat karya dan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
•Upaya gubernur dan bupati/walikota mengoptimalkan peran, fungsi dan pelaksanaan tugas pejabat fungsional ketenagakerjaan dan lembaga-lembaga ketenagakerjaan lainnya.

c. Menteri Perindustrian melakukan:
•Mendorong efisiensi proses produksi, optimalisasi kapasitas produksi dan daya saing produk industri.
•Menyusun kebijakan penggunaan produksi dalam negeri dan melaksanakan monitoring pelaksanaannya.

d. Menteri Perdagangan melakukan:
•Upaya peningkatan pencegahan dan penangkalan penyelundupan barang-barang dari luar negeri.
•Memperkuat pasar dalam negeri dan promosi penggunaan produk dalam negeri.
•Mendorong ekspor hasil industri padat karya.

Pasal 3
Gubernur dalam menetapkan upah minimum mengupayakan agar tidak melebihi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.

Pasal 4
Tindak lanjut peraturan bersama ini dilakukan oleh masing-masing menteri.

Pasal 5

Keyakinan inilah yang menyinggung dan menyulut kemarahan para umat islam dan menuntut pembubaran ahmadiyah. Untuk itu saya berharap pada teman teman dari ahmadiyah cobalah berfikir kalau masih berfikir atau berkeyakinan bahwa ada nabi setelah nabi Muhammad berarti tidak percaya dengan al qur’an dan hadist dengan kata lain kufur terhadap ayat ayat Alloh kalau kufur dengan ayat Alloh kita tahu sendiri apa sebutannya. Sekali lagi cobalah untuk mempelajari ilmu nahwusaraf untuk mempelajari Qur’an dan hadist.
Untuk saudara saudara yang menentang Ahmadiyah: Saya berharap agar dalam mensikapi kontroversi ahmadiyah ini supaya di sikapi dengan bijaksana, jangan anarkis, jangan main kekerasan, karena mereka juga manusia mereka mempunyai keyakinan seperti itu juga karena merupakan bagian dari qodar dari Alloh yang sudah tercatat 50 ribu tahun sebelum bumi di buat, mereka sekedar menjalani qodar, mereka perlu bimbingan, tugas kitalah untuk amar ma’ruf dan nahi mungkar dengan cara cara yang santun dan bijaksana , dan kasih saying sebagaimana yang telah di contohkan junjungan kita nabi Muhammad SAW. Kalau kita sesame muslim saling bertengkar maka tidak hanya image islam yamg jelek tapi juga musuh musuh islam akan tertawa.
